Material research
Tension simulation on a screw to determine where the part would be placed under stress when in use. The amount of stress can also be simulated and measured. This helps to determine whether the design of a part is adequate for its intended purpose.
Mini size, maximum performance

The room-saving CT-MINI can be equipped with micro-focus X‑ray tubes or 100 kV or 130 kV, depending on specific customer requirements. The focus-detector distance can be adjusted to optimize the contrast and speed up scanning times.
It is equipped with a 49.5 µm pixel CMOS detector with 150 x 120 mm. A sliding door opens wide in order to easily mount the specimen up to 200 mm onto the rotation table. The lifting axis helps to setup the ideal height for each individaul scan.
The CT-MINI system is ideal for nondestructive testing (NDT), materials analysis, rapid prototyping, and many more. Its small footprint allows the CT device to be placed on a desktop.
