3D X-Ray System with 100 kV Microfocus-Source and full safety Cabinet
Fast and easy to use, CT-MICRO, the micro-computer tomograph from ProCon X-Ray GmbH provides 3D visualization and CT slices at any desired site of quality control or academic research.
The CT-MICRO is configured with a high-resolution 100 kV X-ray tube and a large flat panel detector. The precision rotary table can be positioned between the tube and the detector as required for the needed magnification. The max. spatial resolution is 3 μm.
Components mounting fully adjustable
The constructions to mount the tube, x-ray-detector and specimen have all freedom to adjust orthogonality of the x-ray beam to the middle pixel. This adjustment is made once during system assembly at the factory.
