We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our team and drive business growth in the computed tomography sector.
Position Overview
As a Sales Specialist, you will work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from initial client consultation through to product implementation, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, actively listening to their needs, understanding their technical challenges, and advising on the best CT system solutions.
Sales Process Management: Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals. This includes presenting product offerings, preparing quotes, conducting product demonstrations, and following up to secure commitments.
Technical Consultation: Collaborate with engineering teams to understand product capabilities and ensure proposed solutions align with client specifications.
Market Research & Lead Generation: Continuously monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various industries, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales opportunities, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Product Knowledge: Continuously expand technical knowledge of CT systems and related technology to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering, product development, and marketing teams to communicate client needs and feedback.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Sales, or a related field. A technical background or relevant certifications in computed tomography or imaging systems is a plus.
Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably within the engineering, technology, or manufacturing sectors. Experience in selling complex systems, ideally in computed tomography or related fields, is highly preferred.
Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of CT systems, imaging technologies, or similar technical products is advantageous. Ability to translate technical specifications into practical solutions for clients.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
Customer-Centric: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients.
Sales Tools & CRM: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools to track performance, forecast sales, and manage client accounts.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while balancing multiple priorities.
