Position Overview
As an Applications Engineer for Computed Tomography (CT), you will play a key role in supporting customers and advancing innovative inspection and imaging solutions.
Working with our CT systems, you will conduct product demonstrations, provide customer training, and support technical discussions throughout the sales and installation process.
Your expertise and feedback will contribute directly to the continuous improvement of our technology, helping customers from industry and research achieve reliable and meaningful results with cutting-edge CT systems.
Your responsibilities
Operating and maintaining our CT scanners on site
Providing feedback and technical input to support the ongoing development of the systems
Conducting product demonstrations for customers
Assisting the sales team during customer visits
Training customers following equipment installation
Your Profile
A completed technical qualification or degree in engineering or a related field
Excellent written and spoken German and English
A strong affinity for computer-based applications, operating machinery and modern technology
A customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills
Interest in X-ray technology, control systems and complex hardware
Willingness to familiarise yourself intensively with technical contexts
Independent, responsible way of working
Curiosity, creativity and enjoyment of practical problem solving
